npm install下载依赖项时报错 fatal: unable to access ‘https://github.com/nhn/raphael.git/‘: Failed to connect

解决方案：

1：查看一下自己的node版本，一般高版本下载会出问题，建议使用 12.17.0版本

2：网络延迟的问题，删除package.lock.json和node_modules文件夹,重新install
Node.js降级的方法我会写在另一篇文章内。
